Operational delivery platform for e-commerce and retailers — the business administers orders and fleet, drivers run their routes with real GPS, and recipients track parcels in a dedicated portal.
Context
Retailers and small fleets still mix spreadsheets, WhatsApp and paper notes. Orders are not tied to known recipients, drivers are not clearly assigned, recipients have no tracking number, GPS is invented, and COD is not reconciled with order totals.
Objective
Structure the full flow — order, recipient, driver, parcel, real GPS route, COD and notifications — with strict role isolation and business rules enforced server-side.
Solution
A Laravel 11 monolith with Blade views, Tailwind CSS and Vite. Session auth with admin OTP e-mail, Google OAuth for existing accounts, and middleware plus policies for admin, driver and client scopes. MySQL stores orders, parcels, payments, notifications and GPS history. Leaflet maps show only real driver positions. DomPDF generates client tracking PDFs.
Product
DelivriX is a web application for end-to-end delivery operations. A business signs up, creates its admin space, then onboard drivers and recipients. Three isolated portals share one design system: admin (/admin/*), driver (/livreur/*) and client (/client/*). The admin manages orders, fleet, live GPS tracking, COD payments and analytics. Drivers accept missions, create parcels, plan routes and share their browser GPS position — never simulated. Clients see only their parcels, live tracking and PDF receipts. Built with Laravel 11, Blade and Tailwind. French marketing site with OTP admin auth, Google OAuth and seeded demo data.
